tl:dr - Microsoft says my copy of pre-installed Office apps is not activated after I reset my laptop due to issues. My laptop (Lenovo Ideapad L340 Gaming) came pre-installed with Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019. Due to performance issues I had reset my laptop more thrice, and this never affected Microsoft Office in any way.

When I got my laptop back from the shop, MS Office Professional Plus 2019 was loaded on it. I'm getting a popup that says I have 3 days left to activate it. I select Change Product Key and enter my original key from the purchase receipt (for MS Office Home and Business 2019).
