Just to add to the guide above that you need to use a M10 XZN Triplesquare, not a spline bit or torx to undo the door hinge. Do not take a shortcut on this one - it will end in tears. Also I'm not sure why you would have to take out the interior panel as I don't remember doing that, but if you do, the bonnet release handle is also on that panel.
