Press the clutch all the way down, apply a bit of throttle (engine revs a bit). Now start raising the clutch slowly to find the spot where it "bites" (revs go down). I'm pretty sure you can download regular cars for Euro truck sim. Just Google Euro truck simulator car mod. Forza Horizon 2 is like it in terms of open world. IMO a great game for Xbox one and a must have for car enthusiasts like me. Really really arcade-y though. Don't play it if you're looking for a sim.
