I should of stopped at Fallout 3, but I kept hoping Bethesda would of learned their lesson with each new game and fix the issues from the previous game. Guess I was wrong. You can delete the Game folder, which clears memory of all ash piles and items placed or dropped by you, just delete the file and stay in an isolated zone for 3 ingame days.
